11/13/02 -- » Could not place order with a 56K modem, connection speed was too slow and the website timed out. Also called and asked that my order be place and was never placed. Had to reorder at work where I have a faster connection speed. Cant see shipping costing $7.46, but price was low enough to compensate compared to local dealers. Nice people to deal with though.

11/21/02 » Called in for questions and recieved all the information I needed. The Fluval 404 worked perfectly. Everything needed was provided. The change over from my old Fluval 303 to the new 404 was easy just move some media over to the 404 install it with the media that was provided.

I know it was no fault of yours, but some people may have a bad first impression. Overall I am satisfied and will continue to use your service.

Possibly add a shipping time frame, ie will be shipped within 24 hours, and I am assuming that what I ordered is 'in stock', as there seemed to be no 'in' or 'out' of stock indication on your products. 1/24/03 Regular customer and I have never received Coupon discount codes, a bit discouraging. Shipping seems a bit high
1/24/03 I got my order in one day. That far, far, far exceeded my expectations. Three or four days would have been fine. It is very stupid that you require a fax number as one of your required customer information order fields. I do not have a home fax number and the customer information reset itself twice because I did not fill it in.
1/24/03 I found the prices extremely low.
1/24/03 Web site was pretty good, could have more product info on items. When I reached the end of checkout and decided to add something to my order I had to re-enter all my billing info a second time to change my order. Shipping options are good but a little pricey. I'll see if UPS delivers when they should. Hopefully I will get a tracking number on Monday if the stuff is in stock. It would have been nice to have know a shipping data and known if these items were in stock or not when I placed the order.

1/24/03 Follow up is nice touch, I commend you. Product (pond warmer) is doing excellent job (fish seem happy, frogs woke up from hibernation, dont think they were as happy)in our terribly cold winter weather. we will do some biz again . Thanks much Wayne
1/27/03 Hi, I wanted to let you guys know that I have worked on my aquarium for the last month trying to get rid of green algae. I removed 20% of the water a day until I should have turned my tank over twice. Nothing worked. Everyday the water was worse. I came across your web site one night when I was trying to get some information on this horrible stuff and how I could get rid of it. I saw your algae fix and figured I would try some of it. I received it extremely fast and treated my tank with it the same day. The next morning the water in my tank was crystal clear. It's the most amazing thing I have ever seen. The water has never been so clear. I would highly recommend this product to anybody. Just wanted to share this with you and tell you thanks Becky
